Elijah's Retreat Fall Festival Vendor

We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor in our 6th Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Elijah’s Retreat! This family-friendly event draws a wonderful crowd from the local community and beyond, including families of children with special needs who come to enjoy the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere at our retreat.

Date: Saturday, November 16, 2024

Time: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Elijah’s Retreat, 257 County Road 3110, Jacksonville, TX 75766

Audience: Families from across East Texas, including many who have stayed at Elijah’s Retreat or benefited from our community outreach programs.

By joining us as a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your products, connect with a supportive and engaged community, and help us continue our mission of providing a retreat for families with children on the autism spectrum. The festival will feature live music, food trucks, fun activities for children, a raffle competition, and more!

Vendor Benefits:

Access to an enthusiastic crowd of families and supporters.

Promotion through Elijah’s Retreat’s social media channels and event materials.

The opportunity to support a non-profit organization making a positive impact on special needs families.

Vendor Details:

Vendor Fee: $30 or FREE for Non-Profits

Booth Setup: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM on event day

Booth Space: 10 by 10 area

Requirements: All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and displays (unless otherwise arranged).

Electricity: not available

Deadline to Register: November 6th, 2024

Media Release: Permission to use photos and written material submitted in advertising by Elijah's Retreat. i.e. website, social media, printed & printed material.

Release of Liability: By submitting application, vendors and guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elijah's Retreat, property owners and their representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgements, costs and attorney’s fees from personal loss, injury, damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal, negligent acts of others, or any other cause to performer(s), guests, person(s), property/equipment, and vehicles.
